Free. 60 seconds. Real working code.

Your idea.
A working MVP.
Right now.

You don't leave with a quote. You don't leave with a deck. You leave with software you can click through — built in the time it takes to make coffee, sent straight to your inbox.

We're the studio that walks into the hard problem with you — not the one that pitches a deck and waits. From first sentence to working software. Same room, same fight.

How we work

We don't pitch. We ship.

Every product on this page started as a knot in someone's week. A workflow that broke. A process the off-the-shelf tools couldn't see. We sit inside the problem with the team that has it, until the software earns its keep.

We don't build on hunches. We build on briefs you give us — and we don't leave the room until the thing works in front of you.

SlateFlow

Next.js · PostgreSQL · Stripe · OpenAI · Railway

Problem

Productions running on six tools and a group chat — losing half the room between Final Draft, Movie Magic, Excel, and Slack.

Solution

Productions stitch their pipeline across Final Draft, StudioBinder, Movie Magic, Excel, and group chats — and lose half the room between tools. SlateFlow runs the whole thing in one place: write the script in the Writers Room, break elements down to each department, generate shotlists and storyboards, manage cast and crew, AI-schedule the shoot days, control the set, deliver. Live with paying subs, Stripe, 2FA, three languages.

Workflow
  1. 01
    Writers Room

Multi-author scripts with revisions, beat sheets, and AI scene analysis — the room writes together.

  2. 02
    Breakdown

Elements tagged scene-by-scene and routed to each department — cast, props, locations, permits, FX.

  3. 03
    Shotlist & Storyboard

Build shotlists and storyboards anchored to scenes — director, DP, and 1st AD on the same plan.

  4. 04
    Cast, Crew & Schedule

Cast and crew database, availability, day-out-of-days, AI-assisted shoot scheduling.

  5. 05
    Set & Delivery

Set control on the day, daily reports, post pipeline — through to final delivery.

Client · Accu-Chek AustraliaLive

shop.accu-chek.au

WooCommerce · WordPress · REST API · Tactics Marketing

Problem

DTC orders that need to land inside an existing fulfillment platform.

Solution

Accu-Chek Australia needed a direct-to-consumer shop, but orders, support, and stock had to land inside Tactics Marketing's existing operations system. We built the bridge end-to-end.

Workflow
  1. 01
    Storefront

Customer places an order on shop.accu-chek.au — cart, checkout, payment, tax.

  2. 02
    API Bridge

Custom REST integration syncs orders, inventory, and customers into Tactics in real time.

  3. 03
    Shopping Manager

Orders land in the queue for picking, packing, and dispatch coordination.

  4. 04
    Tickets

Customer enquiries and exceptions are routed to support agents to resolve.

  5. 05
    Inbound Notice

Stock arrivals trigger Inbound Notices — replenishment is reconciled to the storefront.

Client · Gtechniq AustraliaLive

gtechniq.com.au

WooCommerce · WordPress

Problem

Localising a global brand without forking the backend.

Solution

Gtechniq's AU launch needed a localised storefront — pricing, freight, AfterPay, the lot — without forking the global brand. Custom WooCommerce build, AU-first.

Workflow
  1. 01
    Catalogue

Curated product range built around the AU market — coatings, kits, accessories.

  2. 02
    Cart

Streamlined cart with guest checkout, address validation, and tax handling.

  3. 03
    Payment

Multi-method gateway: card, Apple Pay, AfterPay — handled at the storefront.

  4. 04
    Fulfillment

Order routing into the AU warehouse, with status pushed back to the customer.

  5. 05
    Aftercare

Returns, RMAs, and post-purchase support all wired through WooCommerce admin.

Alligator

Next.js · PostgreSQL · Prisma · Anthropic · Railway

Problem

Engineering firms running projects on 20 Excel tabs and emailed timesheets.

Solution

IEG Australia replaced their 20-tab time-tracking spreadsheet with Alligator. PMs see live budget burn, engineers log hours with a tap, directors get an audit trail. Multi-tenant from day one. First customer signed, AI trial active.

Workflow
  1. 01
    Plan

Lay out the sprint — epics, stories, owners, dates, and dependencies.

  2. 02
    Track

Issues with status, priority, and assignee. No process tax.

  3. 03
    Standup

Daily report on what shipped, what's blocked, what's next.

  4. 04
    Review

Retro across the sprint — what worked, what didn't, what changes.

  5. 05
    Ship

Release notes generated from closed issues — straight to stakeholders.

PhotoPlan

FastAPI · MongoDB · Stripe · React · Railway

Problem

Coordinators juggling 3-10 photographers per shoot through email and WhatsApp.

Solution

A photographer wanted his retouchers in the system, but only on the photos. Not the brief, the invoice, or the client comms. PhotoPlan ships every coordinator a link per event — tasks, gear, schedule, chat — built around scoped roles from day one. Trial + Pro plan, Stripe wired.

Workflow
  1. 01
    Brief

Capture the shoot brief — client, location, deliverables, schedule.

  2. 02
    Schedule

Assign the team — photographer, assistant, photo editor — with scoped roles.

  3. 03
    Capture

On the day: photos, videos, notes — all uploaded into the event.

  4. 04
    Edit

Photo editors work in their scoped tab, no access to anything else.

  5. 05
    Deliver

Client gallery shipped — review, approve, download. Done.

ProofPilot

Next.js · PostgreSQL · Prisma · Redis · BullMQ · Anthropic

Problem

Retailers verifying thousands of receipts by hand for refunds, warranties, and promo eligibility.

Solution

Retail teams running BOGO promos, warranty claims, and refund verification were drowning in manual receipt review. ProofPilot extracts the data with Claude + OCR, runs the rules engine, scores the fraud signals, and decides — approved, rejected, or flagged for human review.

Workflow
  1. 01
    Submit

Submitter uploads the proof artifact — file, signature, metadata.

  2. 02
    Verify

Automated checks run against the artifact — hash, schema, source.

  3. 03
    Review

Manual review gates — humans confirm what machines can't.

  4. 04
    Sign

Approver signs off — cryptographic proof of human authorisation.

  5. 05
    Archive

Full audit trail stored — verifiable, exportable, durable.

Netmesh

FastAPI · Neo4j · PostgreSQL · Redis · Anthropic · Next.js

Problem

Producers researching collaborators by hand across IMDb, LinkedIn, and festival catalogs.

Solution

Producers walk into meetings without knowing the room. Netmesh maps the film industry from public sources — directors, DPs, financiers, recurring crews — and tells you the patterns: who pairs with whom, who hires whom, who funds whom. AI extraction, knowledge graph, narrative cards.

Workflow
  1. 01
    Profile

Crew member or production company builds out the profile — credits, skills, gear.

  2. 02
    Discover

Productions search for roles; crew search for jobs. Filtered, ranked, real.

  3. 03
    Match

Recommendations based on past work, skills, location, availability.

  4. 04
    Hire

Direct outreach, contract templates, signed and stored in-platform.

  5. 05
    Credit

Wrapped jobs become credits on the profile — IMDb-style attribution.

Bugiu

WordPress · WooCommerce · PHP

Problem

WooCommerce merchants forking BOGO logic into custom code or third-party SaaS.

Solution

BOGO promos in WooCommerce meant duct-taping coupon rules, custom plugins, and accountant pain. Bugiu makes it native — buy X get Y, buy N pay M, buy X get Y at %. Subscription-aware on first purchase or renewals. Shipped v0.1.0, HPOS-compatible.

Workflow
  1. 01
    Configure

Define BOGO rules — products, categories, qualifying quantity, gift product.

  2. 02
    Trigger

Cart watches for matching items — silent, no checkout friction.

  3. 03
    Apply

Discount logic adds the gift line at checkout — clearly labelled.

  4. 04
    Track

Promotion analytics — uses, redemption rate, incremental revenue.

  5. 05
    Convert

BOGO becomes a measurable lever, not just a guess.
